Former world number eight will make his first appearance on the ATP Champions Tour since retiring from the professional circuit in July
We are thrilled to announce that former world number eight, Marcos Baghdatis, will return to action to compete in Champions Tennis at the Royal Albert Hall in November. Making his debut on the ATP Champions Tour, having only retired after a final appearance at Wimbledon in July, the news will be music to the ears of tennis lovers who have an exclusive opportunity to see Baghdatis in the UK for the first time.
With the action getting underway at the Royal Albert Hall on 28 November, the final event of the ATP Champions Tour will be packed full of fast-paced action and world-class tennis from the legends of the game.
After bowing out at Wimbledon earlier this summer, Baghdatis will be returning to the capital and no doubt be looking to put on a show for fans - displaying the skills which saw him reach the semi-final of the Australian Open back in 2006.
A host of other tennis legends will be joining Baghdatis; former world No. 1 Juan Carlos Ferrero, former British No. 1 Greg Rusedski, Grand Slam finalist Mark Philippoussis, Thomas Enqvist and Xavier Malisse. Earlier this summer it was announced that David Ferrer, Goran Ivanisevic, Martina Hingis, Tim Henman, Tommy Haas and fan favourite Mansour Bahrami would also be back in action at the event.
Don't miss out on attending this year's best tennis event. Thursday 28th November - Sunday 1st December 2019.
